BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Boca Raton man allegedly posted death threats against several Palm Beach County Judges to Facebook. John Mandia of 1560 SW 64th Way is now in jail — being held without bond.

BocaNewsNow.com obtained the police report with the explicit threats he allegedly posted against Judges Suskauer and Scherr.

“On 2/26/2024 I was instructed to follow-up on an active threat investigation involving a subject named John Mandia, who had made a Facebook post expressing his desire to kill/do bodily harm to several judges and prosecutors in Palm Beach County. A concerned citizen reported to law enforcement that today, at approximately 12:50pm, Facebook account holder “John Mandia” posted the following to his Facebook page: Mandia: “Yo. What happened to Trump happened to me first… Yo lets go kill some judges and prosecutors and (in) Palm Beach I’m coming and you can’t do a f-ing thing about it” In an effort to gather more information, an interview was conducted with (two people) who expressed significant concerns and elaborated about Mandia’s criminal history, and possible substance abuse issues. Further research revealed that Mandia had also made a post a few weeks earlier, on 1/15/2024, which expressed his desire to kill Judge Suskauer and Judge Scher.
