Paul Williams

Paul Williams is President of the Electric Infrastructure Security (EIS) Council. He is a Globally recognized leader in technology and operational resilience and has leadership experience in technology and technology risk, within international banking. Paul also has regulatory experience gained at the Bank of England, leading the development of Operational Resilience regulations for UK financial services.
