A Broward County man was thrown behind bars, accused of selling a disabled woman for sex in Miami-Dade, officials said yesterday.
The State Attorney's Office revealed that 27-year-old Justin Elias Portes allegedly arranged a $140 deal for sexual services on MegaPersonals, a classified hookup website, with the 31-year-old victim.
As reported by Local10, the sting operation was set up by Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle's Human Trafficking Task Force and the Miami Police Department.
An undercover officer met the victim at a Miami hotel, where she received $200 as part of the bust.
