WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A Delray Beach couple pleaded guilty to selling knock-off counterfeit designer luxury goods.
John Fiorenzi, 63, and his wife, Jacqueline Fiorenzi, 59 were in a courtroom in West Palm Beach this morning. Under a one-year pre-trial intervention agreement with prosecutors, they admitted guilt and agreed to several conditions.
The conditions include paying $200 for the cost of prosecution, $50 a month for supervision, and they cannot possess firearms for one year. Additionally, they agreed to pay about $28-hundred dollars in restitution.
