Couple agrees to plea deal, provides testimony against man accused of trafficking daughter

Williamsport, Pa. — A woman who offered two girls to a man for sex in exchange for crack has now agreed to testify against him in court.

Allen Arthur Frazier, 39, appeared surprised at the agreement between Jennifer Gibbs, 36, and the prosecution, which was revealed at a preliminary hearing earlier this month.

“I can’t believe you’re taking a deal,” Fraizer reportedly said to Gibbs when the two were in court on Nov. 8.

That was according to testimony from Williamsport Officer Clint Gardner at a hearing for Frazier this week. Frazier previously turned down his own deal with the prosecution, Gardner added.
