A man with ties to Florida and Northern Virginia allegedly presented himself as a cheer coach and "model" recruiter for roughly a year before his arrest on child pornography charges in Virginia, according to Virginia State Police (VSP) and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).
Jason Fragale, 38, of Kissimmee, Fla. and Reston, Va., was placed in Virginia State Police custody in late April after officials filed 10 felony warrants in Loudoun County against him: five counts each of child pornography possession and reproduction of child pornography, according to officials.
During an initial investigation, officials said he had ties to a company called "The Crimson All-Star Cheerleading Club," which is registered in Florida and Reston, Virginia.
