BOCA RATON, Fla. (CBS12) — Renters in Florida may be in for some good news as the rental market shows signs of stabilization, according to a recent report by researchers at Florida Atlantic University and others.
The latest data from the Waller, Weeks, and Johnson Rental Index shows that many Florida cities now have lower or slightly higher rents.
“While these measures are small, they are a positive sign of where the rental market could be heading in the future,” FAU’s College of Business real estate economist Ken H. Johnson.
