A Florida school teacher was arrested after she was caught on surveillance footage grabbing a kindergartener by the neck and throwing him to the ground, according to police.
Khadijah Tynnettta Muhammad, 54, assaulted the child, who was not one of her students, at Margate Elementary School in Broward County on Oct. 10 in front of other students and staff members, according to a police report obtained by WPLG.
School security footage showed the child sitting on the floor in a hallway with other students before class when he threw a piece of paper in the direction of some classmates, police said.
