Florida Teacher Who Filmed Nearly 30 Sex Videos With 8th Grader Is Indicted

Aformer teacher in Florida, who has been charged with filming 28 sex videos with an eighth-grade student at hotels and in her vehicle during 2019 has pleaded not guilty.

Marie-Jo Gordo, 29, who was the "religious ambassador" to the victim at a charter school in Orange County, faces three counts of sexually exploiting a minor. If convicted, she could face up to 90 years in prison — or up to 30 years for each count.

She also could face federal child pornography charges.
