Gang member, named 'King Ace,' convicted by federal jury of adult, underage sex trafficking

MIAMI, Fla. (CBS12) — A 41-year-old Latin King gang member was convicted of multiple sex trafficking crimes Wednesday by a federal jury.

Following a seven-day jury trial in a Miami federal courtroom, Jason Wagner, aka "King Ace," was convicted of two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, obstruction of sex trafficking enforcement, and use of interstate facilities in the aid of racketeering. These crimes span as far back as 2003, a U.S. Attorney's Office Southern District of Florida news release said.
