ROYAL PALM BEACH, Fla. — Twenty-seven Royal Palm Beach High School students will have to retake their Advanced Placement exam after they were lost by the College Board, which grades the tests. If they still want the chance to earn college credit, the students will have to retake the exams months after they first took them in May.
The Palm Beach County School District released the following statement:
“Royal Palm Beach High School did the standard procedure of shipping out and getting a tracking number for the boxes containing the exams. We are disappointed to learn that there were some exams that were lost, and we are working with College Board to ensure that our students get the credit they deserve.”
