MIAMI, Fla. (WPEC) — A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Deportation Officer has been convicted for interfering with a flight after attempting to film up a flight attendant's skirt while on a flight to Florida late last year.
The incident occurred in November when Billy Olvera from Laredo, Texas, was on a flight from the Dallas to Miami.
The Department of Justice reported that the flight attendant noticed Olvera, 48, suspiciously holding his phone whenever she passed by him in the aisle.
