The Libertarian Party on Sunday selected political activist Chase Oliver as its nominee during the party's seventh round of voting.
Oliver received almost 60% of all votes in the final round of voting, resulting in the party rejecting former President Donald Trump and Democrat-turned-independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s bids to win the nomination.
"I will continue to bring a hopeful and positive message of liberty to both those who consider themselves libertarian and those who don't know they are libertarian yet," Oliver said after he won, according to Fox News.
