Local Schools Graded, Most Do Well In Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The Florida Department of Education’s annual school grades were released Monday, and the news is good for most public schools in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach. The grades take into account student success, teacher success, and the number of kids who graduate to the next grade at the end of the year.

For Elementary Schools: Waters Edge Elementary in West Boca Raton was the top school for English and Math. The school easily earned an “A” grade. Also earning an “A,” Del Prado Elementary, Whispering Pines, Calusa, Hammock Pointe, Sunrise Park, Morikami Park, Sandpiper Shores, Timber Trace, Panther Run, Blue Lake Elementary, Binks Forest, and Somerset Academy Boca East.

Boca Raton Elementary School held steady with a “B” for the second year.
