FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – A 22-year-old man appeared before Broward County Circuit Judge Michael A. Usan on Saturday — facing 11 charges related to the sexual exploitation of children.
Attorney Mark Eiglarsh told Usan during a bond court hearing that his client Logan Brian Konicke doesn’t have a criminal history and has ties to the community.
“If he was ever going to flee, he would have done it two weeks ago,” Eiglarsh told Usan during the hearing about Konicke’s awareness of a police investigation.
