WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A man slated to be deported nearly seven years ago was arrested in Palm Beach County on Friday and is accused of attacking a pregnant teen, according to the sheriff’s office.
Jail records show Heber Amador Guerrero was booked into the Palm Beach County jail around 7 p.m. on counts of aggravated battery on a pregnant victim, as well as domestic battery by strangulation. Additionally, Amador Guerrero, 26, faces a single count of sexual battery on a 16 or 17-year-old victim by someone 24 years old or older in a separate case.
