PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. — The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man in connection to human trafficking.
Carl Paul, 25, was arrested April 24 and charged with human trafficking, structure for prostitution and two counts of living off earnings from prostitution.
According to a report from the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, a location was monitored beginning on March 20 and police were able to establish an active brothel at the location.
