Murdered tow truck driver may be connected to kidnapping, carjacking victim's death: SCSO

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — Seminole County Sheriff Dennis Lemma held a news conference with major updates in the murder investigation of 31-year-old Katherine Altagracia Guerrero De Aguasvivas who investigators believe is the remains found in a burning vehicle.

Aguasvivas was the victim of a carjacking and kidnapping in Winter Springs on April 11.

In the latest conference on Monday, Sheriff Lemma said the green Acura spotted in the carjacking video has been found and an Orange County deputy was arrested for releasing confidential information to the victim's husband.
