The Republican National Committee (RNC) announced on Monday that NBC News will be broadcasting the next Republican presidential debate, scheduled to take place on Nov. 8 in Miami.
The debate will be held at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County, running from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. No moderators have been announced yet.
This is the third scheduled GOP debate, but the first one this cycle that will not be affiliated with Fox News’ channels. The RNC has said that participating candidates must secure 4% of support in multiple polls and have 70,000 unique donors to get onto the debate stage, according to the Associated Press.
The announcement is a rebuke of sorts to the Donald Trump campaign.
