RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. — A new report released Friday suggests widely documented water quality issues in Riviera Beach may have been caused by a sampling error and not by dirty water.
The report is called a Level II assessment, and it was conducted by an independent consultant, Brown and Caldwell.
Brown and Caldwell looked at the entire issue from the beginning, identifying potential causes and making suggestions for future corrections.
Back in June, one of the tests on the city’s water came back positive for E. coli.
