BELLE GLADE, Fla. (CBS12) — Two affordable housing projects were presented at Tuesday's Palm Beach County Commission meeting.
The projects are a 168-unit family rental complex in Belle Glade and a 54-unit family rental complex in Palm Springs.
The Belle Glade project will be located along the East side of South Main Street.
David Brandt, Executive Director of the Housing Finance Authority of Palm Beach County said that it is not always easy to get affordable housing projects approved in Belle Glade.
