PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. — The city of Palm Beach Gardens is growing, and that's not just population size, but also new housing units and workspace buildings.
"The whole community has always started with quality from 35 years ago when I first started developing; everything was not just how fast you can build it, it was thought about," Dan Catalfumo, chairman and CEO of Catalfumo Companies, told WPBF 25 News.
One of his latest development projects is the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Palm Beach Gardens.
"It has three different levels, so you have a pool level, a marina level, a putting green level. We’re actually one of the few condominiums that are actually homes in the sky," Catalfumo said.
