Palm Beach restaurant manager accused of repeatedly sexually abusing 16-year-old employee

PALM BEACH, Fla. — A manager of a Palm Beach restaurant is behind bars and suspended from the restaurant he works at after police say he repeatedly sexually abused a 16-year-old employee over the course of several months.

That teenager is now out of a mental health facility after threatening to harm herself.

Fifty-four-year-old Juan Carlos Trujillo is charged with sexual assault, child abuse, three counts of indecent lewd or lascivious touching of a minor, two counts of false imprisonment, two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and two counts of selling, giving or serving alcohol to a person under 21 years old. These charges are the result of an investigation opened last week regarding sexual abuse dating back to January.
