‘Pathway for Patriots’ program expansion to help support Florida veterans, first lady announces

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Florida First Lady Casey DeSantis said Hope Florida is expanding to help support the state’s veterans on Wednesday.

“Hope Florida – A Pathway for Patriots” will coordinate services, resources and benefits for veterans across Florida. “Hope Navigators” help assist members by addressing the correct needs that each individual has.

“In Florida, we are proud to support the courageous American heroes who have given so much in service to our country,” DeSantis said. “When Florida veterans come home, we want to ensure that they can access services, community resources and support navigating their benefits in a streamlined and accessible way.”

The program expansion will be administered by the Florida Department of Veterans’ Affairs.
