TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — South Florida has been one of the hotbeds in Florida for illegal arcades and gaming.
On April 2, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signed HB 5203, Property seized by the Florida Gaming Control Commission.
The law, which will go into effect on July 1, will allow the Florida Gaming Control Commission to convert property seized by the commission to be deposited into the commission’s Pari-Mutuel Wagering Trust Fund.
