WASHINGTON, D.C. – Florida Republican Sen. Rick Scott said President Joe Biden is responsible for heinous crimes by illegal aliens as one has reportedly been arrested for the rape of a minor in Massachusetts.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE, arrested a Colombian illegal for the crime after he was previously let go by local authorities, Fox News Digital reported.
The man had originally been stopped in 2022 for illegally entering the country, but was soon released and told to appear in court. The man had been arrested in January for the purported rape.
“This is horrific,” Scott said. “Biden’s open border policies are 100% to blame. @POTUS is responsible for every crime committed by someone he’s let illegally enter our country.”
