PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - Several people were arrested in a human trafficking mission during the first week of August, the Portland Police Bureau (PPB) said.
During the first week of August, PPB teamed up with several neighboring teams to conduct patrol missions along Northeast 82nd Avenue. Eight people were arrested or fined as a result.
