South Florida man arrested, charged with having hundreds of child porn images

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A Riviera Beach man is accused of possessing at least 300 child pornography photographs and videos.

The first child sexual abuse material (CSAM) tip was reported in February. The investigation revealed 10 other related tips reported by Google based on similarities of usernames, phone numbers and different IP addresses all linking back to 59-year-old Michael O'Donnell, according to the arrest report.

After months of investigating, obtaining search warrants and subpoenas, the man was arrested and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail just before 2 a.m. Tuesday. He is charged with 30 counts of possessing 10 or more files of child pornography and one count of transmission of child pornography.
