PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. — Two men are dead after an airplane veered off the runway and crashed into a body of water Wednesday in Palm Beach County.
It happened near the North Palm Beach County General Aviation Airport.
Airport officials tell WPBF the plane is completely submerged underwater.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said it responded the airport at 2:12 p.m. When deputies arrived at the scene, they learned that an aircraft with two occupants entered a body of water nearby.
