Voyeur caught in lewd act at teen's Christmas party leads deputies on wild chase

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A 33-year-old man is accused of looking through a window and masturbating while looking at young girls, aged 13 through 16, who were attending a Christmas Party.

The incident occurred on Dec. 9 at 7:35 p.m. after deputies responded to a call about a 'prowler/peeping tom,' the arrest affidavit says.

When Palm Beach County Sheriff deputies arrived they located the man standing behind bushes, peeping through the window and actively masturbating, the report says.

The first arriving deputy began speaking to the suspect, identified as Daniel Martyniuk, before he suddenly ran off.
