West Palm Beach man arrested on multiple child sex counts

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A West Palm Beach man faces multiple child sex and pornography charges following an investigation that began in January with a report of a missing girl.

When a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) deputy met with the girl’s mother, she pointed out how the screen to the patio had apparently been damaged from the inside and told the investigating deputy she believed her daughter may with ‘Jose Torres,’ the probable cause affidavit began.
