BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. (WPEC) — Less than an hour after a 34-year-old woman went to the Boynton Beach Police Department to complain her ex-boyfriend was following her, he shot her dead in the parking lot of her apartment building Wednesday morning.
Forty-one-year-old Robens Cesar confessed to Boynton Beach Police detectives and told them the fact she reported him to the police that morning was "the final straw".
Cesar was denied bail by a judge Thursday morning. But questions remain about what happened at the police station when Fridelene Daniel reported he was following her and had — according to his arrest report — followed her to the station as well.
