WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A West Palm Beach police officer is accused of trying to force a woman who was involved in a domestic dispute he was investigating to give him oral sex.

The West Palm Beach Police Department (WPBPD) announced the arrest of James Matthew Bush in a statement Sunday night, saying the officer has been charged with attempted sexual battery and robbery, among other allegations.

According to its statement, Bush,33, first responded around 9 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10, to a report of a man trying to evict his girlfriend. Once on the scene, WPBPD alleges, Bush told the man to leave while he approached the woman and reportedly asked her "to go upstairs and have some fun."
