Former Seven Bridges Delray Beach Bartender Arrested Twice In One Week
DELRAY BEACH, FL (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The former bartender in West Delray Beach’s Seven Bridges — arrested back in July for auto theft — was arrested twice over the past several days for both car theft and burglary. Patricio Herrera of Petal Place in Delray Beach is now being held in the Palm Beach County Jail. Herrera was first arrested on September 12th by Boynton Beach Police for Grand Theft Auto when he was seen driving a vehicle that police said was not his. He was arrested in the area of 2755 South Federal Highway around 1:20 in the morning. A “glittered glass pipe” was found in the 2014 Cadillac SRX which had been reported stolen. The glass pipe, according to police, is used for crack cocaine. Then, on September 20th, Herrera allegedly snatched construction equipment from a van parked in the Boca Verde East Condominiums in the City of Boca Raton — as construction workers were offloading gear to renovate a unit. Herrera, allegedly on camera, is seen taking the equipment but then drops it and flees when confronted. He was later seen on a City of Boca Raton Police surveillance camera in the area of 2140 North Federal Highway where he allegedly ignored orders by police. Read More.
